Awr microwave office library error

hi,
i have installed the vendor components library in AWR, when I click on elements > circuit elements > libraries.
Here, when I click on vendor local, the libraries load properly, but when I click on
*AWR website, I get this error message - System error: -2146697211. Error loading "http://www.awrcorp.com/weblibs/9_0/top_v9_local.xml"
The same error message appears for VSS also, It comes as
System error: -2146697211. Error loading "http://www.awrcorp.com/weblibs/9_0/top_vss_v9.xml"
Kindly help.
