magnetic parts editor 出错

orcad 版本16.0， 是用nolic破解的。
现在打开magnetic parts editor 时，提示
INFO: The connection with database could not be established as the installation was not done correctly. Re-install the database.
ERROR: The connection to database could not be established.Only completed designs can be opened and viewed.
所以新建图标是灰色的，不能新建，但打开图标能用。
不知道这是什么原因?
