铺铜时Static和Dynamic 可不可以重叠呢

如题，最近遇到这个问题，没有办法Merge，不知重叠在一起可否，求教各位大侠
It's OK to overlap static and dynamic shapes, as long as they are in same net, not affect to gerber file.
建议将两个统一，再合并
