Patch antenna design using FEKO- suggestion please

Hi Friends,
Am new to this antenna design, am a student and i have not much clear exposure in this field. It would be very grateful, if anyone can guide me in the following design using FEKO.
Frequency is 4.25Ghz,
a)i have to Design a pin fed patch antenna with ‘air substrate’ to work with a 50 Ohm co-ax feed of wire radius 0.25 mm and have a bandwidth of 3%.
b) same frequency on FR4 (eps=4.7, tanD=0.0). Using the ‘planar multilayer
substrate’ option.
1a) same frequency with an edge feed and a quarter wavelength transformer for an input impedance of 100 Ohm.
I want to know, which software suggests about the patch length,width and height calculations, or else can anyone suggest me the best formula to calculate the above features.
