Abstract：In order to obtain high measurement precision of radar crosssection(RS), the level of noise should be strictly controlled. The method of wavelet transform is applied to reduce the noise level of the return, so that the RCS measurement precision is relatively improved. This method is simple and effective, and will be found valuable in practice.
