Why don't the VBIC IV Curves match in MWO and ADS

VBIC IV Curves Do Not Match ADS
There are no known issues with the VBIC95N or VBIC95P models that have not been resolved.
The most common user errors involve parameters VEF, VER, IKF, IKR and IKP. The default value for these parameters in ADS is 0, while in MWO their default values are as follows: VEF=VER=1e9 Volts and IKF=IKR=IKP=1e12 mA.
With matching parameter values the MWO VBIC model IV curves match that of ADS almost 100%
