Feko Error 85： Singular Field on the edge of a triangle

Hey, designing a multi-layer patch antenna in FEKO, and I keep getting this error. When I look up the triangle in question in POSTFEKO, there does not seem to be any intersection. I've tried making the mesh finer, but the error still occurs.

Hi, when you get such message, it means that you have a triangle between two edges that have a big side. This is due to a very small difference between the edges of two triangles. You should delete this edge and try to draw same edge level between the two triangles.

just re-define thickness of substrate the error is due is too small thickness in your substrate.... i solved this error 85 by this way its working good
