MAX2550-MAX2553收发器Femtocell无线参考设计

摘要:MAX2550是完整的单芯片无线收发器,用于UMTS 1波段毫微微蜂窝(femtocell)应用。RD2550参考设计基于MAX2550和所有相关元件,设计并构建成极具竞争力的无线解决方案,支持基站收发信机(BTS)。工作频率范围:1920MHz至1980MHz (Rx)和2110MHz至2170MHz (Tx)。RD2550参考设计还支持周围宏蜂窝基站的下行信号检测,允许系统选择最佳的工作环境(功率、规范、频率、容量等)。

综述

该设计中,MAX2550作为主要的射频(RF)收发器,配合必要的外部元件构成完整的射频前端。外部元件包括:功率放大器、双工器、TCXO和无源器件。Maxim随RD2550参考设计提供一套完整的文件包,其中包括符合3GPP TS25.104家庭基站标准的测试报告。除RD2550外,我们还提供RD2551、RD2552、RD2553参考设计,分别基于MAX2551、MAX2552和MAX2553收发器构建,覆盖其它频带和标准。总之,您可以从Maxim获得高集成的单芯片毫微微蜂窝收发器,覆盖WCDMA 1-6波段和8-10波段,以及cdma2000 波段0、1和10。
