Hi.. I need documentation related noise of RF switch with an AWR simulation. I am looking but I dont find anything. If somebody has that please help me...
The switch noise is its insertion loss.

You should modelize your switch ( see literature ) and then do your Large (HB-Noise) and Small Signal Noise (AC-Noise) simulation.
That's the best way..
