How to achieve the DC curves of an amplifier in ADS?

Hello, i have to use this trt ATF-501p8 to complete amplifier design microwave, but i don′t know how i have to achive the dc curves to obtain my working point at 1.5GHz using A.D.S. software and the pin-out for the pcb.

Which DC operating point ?
You do your simulation with s-parameters by using small signal components. DC operating point can not be achieved with these circuits.

ok, bigboss; in this schematic i used the S-parametres amplifier model using the info that apperars on .pdf datasheet; but now , in other schematic, i have to change the ideal amplifier model in order to achive the final schematic using a real model of this trt. i need the dc curve tracer for ATF-501p8.

This is my project, i need to change the ideal amplifier-> real amplifier model of ATF-501p8 but i don′t know how to do it ( trt model, dc curves, pinout)

There is a .zap project file in that website which is mentioned by khouly, you can use this project file to develop your circuit. It includes also parasitic package components and "Advanced Curtis Model" definition.

The only thing that you'll do is to put your circuit environment in this project file...
