I am wondering if i can see my signal in ADS.I need to know if i can place an "oscilloscpe" and how i can find it in the library of components.

Use Insert Wire/Pin Label to place a node name on a node. Then when you run a simulation, that node voltage will appear in the dataset and you will be able to plot it using the data display.
