Is it possible to get loss parameters(RLGC) of transmission line in ADS Momentum ?

I havecreatedlayout a for transmission line usingcommercial IC technology PDK and performed sp simulation in ADS.Is it possible to get loss parameters(RLGC) of the transmission line in ADS so that I can model the loss mechanisms.

There are equations that can give you the RLGC parameters from the 2-port s-parameters of a 2-port network, assuming that network is a piece of transmission line.

A good paper that is openly available on the internet which summarizes these equations isExtraction of Transmission Line Parameters and Effect of Conductive Substrates on their Characteristics bySaurabh Chaturvedi et al.

So you can use these as postprocessing to any em simulation resulting in 2-port s-parametersor even test data as long as it is well calibrated...
