ADS Workspace Icons missing bug?

Hi,

I was trying to change the grid settings using the shortcut keys CTRL+SHIFT+123 but instead i pressed CTRL+123 etc. This caused that most of the menu icons to disappear. Pressing CTRL+1 repeatedly brings back one of the icons groups and sometimes two but not all of them-this does retain them. I tried to reactivate them with right click and they show until i start drawing . This looks like a bug to me. Any ideas?Should i reinstall ADS?

You do not need to reinstall. Toolbar configuration is set per user and not as part of the installation.

Ctrl-1 is a command that is available to cycle through all add-on toolbars. It enables each one in turn but only one at a time.

The complementary command is Shift-1 which enables all available add-on toolbars.

Alternatively, if you right-click while the mouse is over any empty space or single button on a visible toolbar you will see a list of all toolbars and there current state. If there is a check mark it should be visible, if no check mark it is invisible. Simpy make sure the ones you wish to see are checked.
