Avago ATF-34143 model simulation error：frequency dependent

I used unarchive import by .Zap
and new a sch to using that

but I want to test the model can work
so the 4 pin all Gnd
I run the DC is OKay
but run S-parameter or transien Error:
This error typically caused by using a frequency dependent model of dielectric losses while setting Er=1.
Set DielectricLossModel to'FrequencyIndependent' or TanD=0
so I change the transmission line's K , it is normal work
I don't understand that model has something wrong or something problem with my step
if the K from 1 to 1.1 will effect a lot?
