Exacting RLGC file

录入:edatop.com    点击:

Hi,

I have created stripline/microstrip transmission line in ADS using Controlled impedance line designer (CILD). Now I want to extract the RLGC equivalent parameter file of that created transmission line. I know in the CILD option there is given RLGC parameter for single point. As RLGC parameetrs are frequency dependent I need to extract the RLGC per unit length for the created line so that i can use this for other lines in ADS or even in Virtuoso also. It would be nice if someone help me about this on how to do it. Is it possible from schematic or from the CILD tool? Here is an example of microstrip line that i created for just to show.

Microstrip Line

The RLGC values provided are already expressed as value per unit length, units per meter (/m) in your example. These values can therefore be scaled for any suitable transmission line length.

thanks a lot for your reply. I know it is given for that. Now I want to extract the parameters for different frequency with step ( for example from 0 Hz to 10 GHz with 500 MHz step) as rlgc (.rlgc) file which I can use in different T-lines. I have attached an example of rlgc file (you can open that with any text editor). I want to extract that. Any idea how to do that?
