How do I have specific BJT model

I am trying to design an oscillator in which I want to use 2N2222 NPN BJT. I went for BJT model in library and there I will have to mention the specifications. Is it the correct way?

There are two possible approaches:

* Use the BJT and BJT_Model, and enter the parameters from a manufacturer's data sheet

* Download a part model from a vendor website. These parts will usually be packaged in an ADS Design Kit.
