Shot noise model for diodes in ADS

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the shot noise model for diodes in ADS: Accoring to the documentation, the spectral noise density is proportional to the diode current I_D, which includes the saturation current:

However, two papers (equation (2) in [1] and equation (10) in [2]) state that the saturation current should be included twice in the formula. This obviously leads to different results. Can anyone comment on this difference in noise modeling?
