请教DLL测试问题

我设计的DLL主要用于同步，所以锁定时两相位的误差是比较重要的指标，可是我的PD没有输入buffer，phase1和phase2的信号驱动不了pad，不好接出来测；但如果接buffer到pad，两个buffer到pad的延迟不好匹配，锁定误差也测不准了。这么看来好像只有在PD前接buffer才可以解决问题了，但DLL只是系统一个模块，老板想几个人做的东西一起流片做出完整系统来，不会让我多余地加个大buffer上去。
大家还有什么好的意见和建议提供一下吗?

If your DLL is standalone, of course you need design a buffer to bring out for testing. You can set test mode and try to match the delay path when testing.
If yoru DLL is only one block inside the chip, you can either using above method to bring out or tested together with other block
