What is the meaning of "I/D C/C" in IC layout？

I am reviewing someone's design and found those words shown in the layout instructions. Does anybody know what the terms exactly mean? Some layout styles? Thanks
The "I/D C/C" instruction is applied for the input transistors of some Op amp. So I guess "I/D" means interdigital. What is "C/C"?
Oh, "C/C" should be cross-coupled.
