calibre作lvs遇到的奇怪问题

LVS时CIW报如下错误。哪位大侠指点一下！
ERROR: Netlister::unable to descend into any of the views defined in the view list: ”cdl schematic” for instance. M1 in cell INV . Either add one of these views to : library smic013mmrf Cell: p33 or modify the view list to contain an existing view. ERROR(OSSHNL): error(s) found during netlisting. The netlist may be corrupt or may not be produced at all. To generate correct netlist, fix the errors and re-netlist.
注：我用的是smic0.13的工艺。

    Looks like you use Cadence to generate CDL netlist, if you have ~/.simrc or ./.simrc file, check to see if you have SimStopList "cdl symbol". The netlister try to decend into the "schematic" view which is not exist.
Also check the CDL export form to see the "stop list".
The other way is to check your working directory to see if you have "si.log" file. This "si.log" file will have more detail information about the error.
