spectre无法生成SMIC 018中的电阻网表

请教老手们一个问题，我现在用smic工艺的rhrpo电阻，但是仿真时却发现spectre无法生成该电阻的网表，icfb窗口中提示：The switch view schematic of cell rhrpo in library smic18mmrf has no instances,hence is being ignored.To netlist this cell,add this view to the stop list and to ignore any particular instance use nlAction="ignore"
后来这个问题好了吗?怎么解决的?
