Sentaurus install issue？

出现以上问题怎么解决?

    你还需要安装sentaurus amd64的包，eetop就可以找到

硬件平台的选择吧。好像是 CD2下安装就是了。

    弱弱的问一声，CD2是什么平台?

    解压之后有两个包，第二个包。

    amd64 or i386 hardware device ,you can chose the right one for your platfom..
