How to choose compomemts for RF circuits and layout using TSMC 0.18um tech？

I would like to know how to choose components for RF circuits and layout design when I use TSMC 0.18um technology. Usually, MOS_RF and CAP_RF are preferrable, but post-simulation results cannot meet the requirements when RF components are chosen. Then I use baseband model instead, the post-simulation results become OK. Therefore I want to know how you choose ? Using baseband model to design RF circuit&layout? It's common to realize RF products, such WLAN transceiver?

Unmeet simulation result maybe derive from the unconvergence.
