work region should according to difference between D to G voltage whether is large or less than threshold voltage.
Once a current flows M4 and M5 and they have the same threshold voltage , M4 will be under saturation region and M5 will operate at triode region.
Because VGD4<VTH and VGD5>VTH.
no,u are wrong, M4 is in saturation region and M5 is in linear region..

饱和区就是夹断点，漏端电压高于栅端一个阈值
