LVS时CIW报如下错误。哪位大侠指点一下！
ERROR: Netlister::unable to descend into any of the views defined in the view list: ”cdl schematic” for instance. M1 in cell INV . Either add one of these views to : library smic18mmrf Cell: p33 or modify the view list to contain an existing view. ERROR(OSSHNL): error(s) found during netlisting. The netlist may be corrupt or may not be produced at all. To generate correct netlist, fix the errors and re-netlist.
