Mhz oscillator IP design

目前，想设计一个20MHz的osillator，+-10%频率稳定度，不知道怎么入手，采用什么样的结构，需要使用PLL么?如果有什么资料，多谢指点。
crystal oscillator could be one option, and +/-10% accuracy should be easy to achieve.
If using other scheme, you need to think about the Process varition, voltage varition and temperature impact on OSC based on your design SPEC
不知道RC是否可以实现，不过精度应该是比较差的，我想。
请问做出来了吗?0.4mA的power做起来有难度不?
