網表不具有width和length
录入：edatop.com 阅读：
我用ADE, 根据以下步骤输出网表
Simulation --> Netlist --> Create
但网表都没出现 width and length
请问大家有出现这样的问题吗?
不知是什么问题，有人可以帮忙我吗?

Add more information in this:
1. When I change w and l, the netlist has w and l
2. When the w and l are default, the netlist doesn't have w and l.
3. the MOS only has model name(may cell name) when I doesn't change w and l
