tsmc0.25rf 工艺库导入后不能instance到设计文件

我导入了一个tsmc0.25RF工艺库，只是修改了cds.lib路径和 merge了display.drf文件，已经能看到原件图了，但是当我打开一个空白的layout，想instance 里面的indunctor时候，他们都不能正常显示在版图上，有warning出现在cds.log里面。

请问有人知道应该怎么做才能使用这个工艺库么?
