AMS仿真问题，晶体管级仿真出错~~~~

在做AD_SAR 理想模型已经建立，并且AMS仿真成功，波形正确。
想要用晶体管级的电路替代理想模型，现在只替代了开关而已，用的是0.5的库，st02
然后仿真出现这些问题，求大神指教~
