有用过SMIC130nm的朋友吗?我用assura做LVS报错了。

诸如：warn:   Undefined layer in dfII.
Layer name 'M1SLOT' doesn't exist, treating as an empty layer.
M1 = layer("M1" "M1DUM" "M1SLOT" type("drawing"))

还有：
