求助：急！Hspice 库文件调用出错

我使用Hspice 200803版本，想使用从网上下载的一个0.18um工艺库，但是调用这个库文件却出错。以下是.sp 文件内容：

补充一下：电路只是一个简单的非门，主要是想学习如何使用这个库文件调用。

把这句话拿掉：    .include "g:\spice\gd018.l"

去掉.include "g:\spice\gd018.l"
并将.lib "g:\spice\gd018.l" TT中的双引号改为单引号   既是.lib ‘g:\spice\gd018.l’ TT

学习一下，我也碰到过同样的问题

    双引号、单引号应该都可以吧。

问题已经解决了，不是语法的原因，是我在保存自己创建的SP文件时，以rtf格式保存的，虽然再改为后缀SP，但是还是不行，必须是创建SP文件时，以TXT文本格式保存，然后再改后缀为SP，这样就好了。
