模型更加准确，带有更多的寄生参数，这样前后仿真的结果差别小。
加了CAD Layer
layout 的PCELL 也不一样
是高频模型更准确。
RFMOS is based on the logic MOS.
But, the former is with more parasitic model.
drain 多一层layout 一般nmos_rf衬底做了隔离
