问个PLL RMS phase error的问题

基本上是从低频处开始 到信号带宽，比如从1kHz 到4MHz 跟所处理的信号带宽由关系。

我来引用一下我在书上看到的一种说法：" the lower limit is set by the bandwidth of a frequency error correction algorithm, which is typically adopted in the digital base band subsystem. The upper frequency is set approximately by the signal bandwidth. In practice, a phase noise at frequency offsets larger than the channel bandwidth has a negligible impact on detection loss"
