求助run hspice時的問題

我也遇到了相同的问题了！急！

I also encountered this problem, when I run a low bandgap circuit
I also encountered this problem, when I run a low voltage bandgap circuit or have many iteration circuit such PLL or ADC.
The reason is that Hspice can't the exact solution or can't convergence.
Solution
1. Use newest Hspice 2009.03.
2. This circuit has may stable solution.  But Hspice can't find what you want. Add a start-up circuit to make sure that Hspice can convergence.

楼上用的是Hspice2009.03，可是我装上这个版本，发现原来的spice模型库在这个版本下运行时都报错，说是库中有语法错误，这是怎么回事?
这些库我在hspice2008.03下都没有问题的。

这个没关系，在盗版软件下是个正常现象。我也经常遇到，当没看见就行了，结果照看。

看来大家的问题都很类似
1、模型只能在2008下运行
2、2008下拓扑复杂的话就会出现“snetinel key mismatch”。
看来我也只能等着看结果了。
