基于DGS滤波器的低功率整流天线设计

内容简介:设计了一种基于缺陷地结构(DGS)滤波器的高效率整流天线,可应用于低功率条件下的无线能量传输系统中。鉴于缝隙耦合微带天线具有较宽的阻带特性和高增益,因而被用于整流天线的接收天线,仿真得到该天线的谐振频率为5.8GHz,增益为8.2dB。整流电路采用DGS直通滤波器,以抑制交流信号传输到负载而被消耗。应用高频仿真软件HFSS对天线和滤波器进行仿真设计,应用ADS射频仿真软件对整流天线系统进行了仿真优化。仿真结果表明,该整流天线在3dBm输入功率条件下,直流-微波转换效率达到了51.8%。

Abstract:Based on the defected ground structure (DGS) filter, the rectifying antenna (rectenna) with high efficiency is de-signed to be applied to the system of wireless energy transmission in the low-power conditions. In view of its characteristics of wide band-rejection and high gain, the aperture coupled microstrip antenna is used as the receiving antenna and through simu-lation this antenna possesses the resonance frequency of 5.8GHz with a high gain of 8.2 dB.A DGS dc-pass filter is designed to block the AC signal from transmitting to the load. Both of the antenna and the filter are simulated by using HFSS and the rectenna is simulated in an optimal way by applying the ADS software of radio frequency simulation.The simulation result shows that for the rectenna the conversion efficiency between DC and microwave arrives at 51.8%in 3 dBm of the input power.
