微带发夹式带通滤波器的分类、调谐方式与应用

内容简介:发夹式带通滤波器以其终端开路、制作简单、结构紧凑、不需要接地等优点而在微波工程领域受到广泛应用,可调谐滤波器设计对于微波系统也具有重要意义。回顾了发夹式带通滤波器的发展演化过程,从耦合方式及谐振器类型角度描述了其分类,并介绍了最基本的制作过程及不同参数尺寸对性能的影响,比较了滤波器的不同调谐方式,综述了近年来发夹式滤波器在微波工程领域的应用。最后对磁性调谐带通滤波器的研究发展给予了展望。

Abstract:Hairpin band-pass filters are widely applied in microwave engineering field because of its advantages such as open terminal, ease of fabrication, compact structure, no grounding and so on, so the design of tunable filters is of great significant for the microwave systems. In this letter, development and evolution of the hairpin band-pass filter are reviewed, and its classifications are described from the points of coupling modes and resonator types. The basic fabrication process and the influence of different size parameters are introduced, different kinds of tuning methods of the filters are compared and the applications of hairpin band-pass filter in microwave engineering field are summarized in recent years. The prospects of research and development of magnetically tunable band-pass filter are given.
