Unable to install NXP model to ADS Library

录入:edatop.com    点击:
I would like to install the non-linear model for an NXP CLF1G0035-100, available on their website. With ADS 2013 open, I open a workspace and go to File > Manage Libraries > Add Design Kit from Favorites > Add User Favorite Library/PDK > and click open on the file CLF1G0035-100_ADS-2011_Model.zip. ADS prompts me for a location, I specify a folder and click Choose, but get an error:

"Unexpected contents in zip file".

Thank you for any help,

Steve

Okay, so I solved that error. It turns out I had to drill down the original zip file to get to the correct one. But now I get an error when I attempt to simulate with this model:

"NXP_CLT5010_V03_NXP_GaN_HFET.HFET1 is an instance of an undefined model "NXP_RFHFET303".

Advice?

Thanks,

Steve

There may be a "netlist Include" component that you need to place on the schematic for simulations to work.

Thank you. There was a bug in the NXP model; I received an updated model and the problem was fixed.

Hi,

I am having this same issue but with the model for the CLF1G0060(S)-10:

`NXP_CLTC5010_V03_NXP_GaN_HFET.HFET1' is an instance of an undefined model `NXP_RFHFET303'.

Could it be that al models of this series are troubled?
Can these updated models be found on the NXP website?
Or is there a special support e-mail address I can send a request to?

Thanks in advance,
Berjan
