Impedance curve with VRM shorted to GND

Hello Team,

We are simulating Decoupling analysis.We need the response with VRM shorted to GND(red curve as shown in image Output.JPG)

Red curve in image has flat response below 0.55mE ,How can i get it below 0.55mE in my case.
