CST2013: Anchorpoint Alignment

Use this mode in the Layout View to position blocks to the correct position. You need to define anchor points in each project first.

This mode is quite similar to the common Align Mode. The first two steps are different, though:

Instead of selecting a reference face on the selected block, an anchor point has to be selected. You may use tab to cycle through all available anchor points. You proceed  by pressing return.

Instead of selecting another reference face on the remaining structure, another anchor needs to be selected. Again tab is used for cycling, return to proceed.

The first transformation will be calculated to position the first anchor point onto the second one, having their z-axis (front) facing each other, the x-axis in same direction and the y-axis in opposite directions.

Rotational steps, in the same way than in common Align Mode, might follow (return finishes).
