This macro allows the simple definition of vias from a file list.

It is necessary to define two parameters via_inner_radius and via_outer_radius before executing that macro, which represent the inner and outer radius of the cylinder to design the vias.

The following 4-column data format is required for the file list : x1 / y1 / z1 / z2:
