This template’s function is to wrap a phase to a range from eg -180 to 180 or  to unwrap an existing 1D phase plot, defined in degree.

A typical examples is the derivative of a phase, which can only be performed on a continuous (unwrapped) phase.

When wrapping a 1D phase plot, the check box ”Wrap” together with the ”minimum phase” of the phase range has to be entered. The macro will set the phase range from ”minimum phase”  to  ”minimum phase+360”.

When unwrapping a 1D phase plot, the check box ”Unwrap” and the ”Phase tolerance”. The macro checks the phase difference of two neighbor frequency sample points. If the difference is bigger than the ”Phase tolerance”, the macro will unwrap it from the second point by plus-minus 360 degree.

This button completes the setup of the template. The new entry will be added to the list of templates which are executed automatically after each run. The default name of the template is set according to the settings, as long the name has not been changed manually.

Cancel

Aborts the setup of the template and closes this dialog box without performing any further action.
