The Post Processing Views enables the visualization of various simulation or calculation results, summarized in different folders in the navigation tree. In each case, the corresponding plots will be displayed in the main plot window, together with some relevant information text.

Four main topics can be distinguished:

1D Result View: adaptive meshing ). 1D Result View covers all one dimensional signals occurring by the application of excitation sources like plane waves, discrete ports or waveguide ports, respectively. In addition, field values can be monitored at single points in space by setting probes. The signal curves are provided in time as well as in frequency domains.

2D/3D Result View: Two- and three-dimensional results range from plotting elementary field values to various power or energy monitors. At this different visualization, possibilities like scalar and vector plots offer a comprehensible method for analyzing the simulation results.

Tables View: Tables represent the results set up by the parameter sweep dialog box. Varying the obtained one dimensional curves the influence of the results can be examined.

Farfield View: A special post-processing view is the visualization of farfields suited for plane wave scattering and the simulation of antenna radiation. The plots are available in different types, such as polar, Cartesian, two-dimensional or three-dimensional descriptions. Furthermore, antenna arrays can be considered as defining pattern structures built of identical single elements.
