CST2013: Yield Analysis - Performance Specifications

Post Processing: Signal Post Processing Yield Analysis Performance Specifications

In this property page you can define different performance specifications for the linear magnitude and phase of scattering parameters. Currently only piecewise constant specifications over the frequency can be defined.

Add new bound ...

Select a bound of the drop-down list. A dialog box is displayed to define the bound. Currently only S-Parameter bounds can be defined.

Edit ...

Press this button to edit the selected performance specification. A dialog box is displayed for the selected performance specification with regard to the type of the performance specification.

Remove All

Press this button to remove all performance specifications from the list.

Remove

Press this button to remove the selected performance specification from the list.

List of defined performance specifications

Check box: Within this list you can select the performance specification for evaluation during the yield analysis run.

Type: Displays the name of the performance specification according to the performance specification type (read only).

Operator: Select an operator for the respective performance specification from the list of operators.

Bound: Each performance specification has a bound that can be edited.

Range: The evaluation of a performance specification may be limited to a certain range with regard to the performance specification type. This range is displayed here. Usually this field cannot be edited. To edit the range use the Edit... button as described above.

Calculate

Press the calculate button to start the yield analysis. The Yield Analysis - Yield  is activated automatically directly after start. The dialog box remains open after a yield analysis calculation.

Close

Close the yield analysis dialog box. If the initial parameter settings differ from the current parameter settings the modeled structure is updated with the initial parameter settings.

Apply

Stores the current settings. The dialog box remains open.

Help

Shows this help text.
