CST2013: Thermal Loss Calculation Settings

This dialog box allows to compute all thermal losses from the current project. Afterwards it is possible to import these losses into a thermal project.
Consider surface losses on boundaries
Allows to define if thermal surface losses on boundary conditions should be taken into account.
Use triangle based surface loss calculation method
This check-box allows to switch between two surface loss methods. The triangle based method is less dependent on the mesh and allows a better export of surface losses to external thermal projects. If this check-box is deactivated the surface losses are more dependent on the mesh resolution, but in some cases also more accurate.
Default conductivity for PEC
Thermal surface losses can be calculated for PEC solids if a default conductivity value is entered here.
Calculate selected losses only
To calculate thermal losses for certain results only, activate this checkbox and select one ore more sources from the list below.
Calculate
Accepts the settings and start the calculation and export.
Cancel
Closes this dialog box without performing any further action.

Shows this help text.
